ECO4 Grant

Econexis is dedicated to advancing energy efficiency and addressing fuel poverty through the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4), a key UK government initiative. Our goal is to lower carbon emissions, foster sustainability, and offer crucial financial support to households in need. By prioritising energy efficiency improvements, We strive to build a greener, more sustainable future, helping families reduce their energy costs and minimise their environmental impact.

Through our dedicated grant scheme, Econexis offers homeowners the chance to reduce their energy bills, increase warmth, and minimise their environmental impact. The ECO4 grant, available to low-income and vulnerable households, supports the installation of energy-efficient measures in their homes. Eligibility typically includes those receiving certain means-tested benefits, such as Universal Credit or Pension Credit, or living in properties with low energy efficiency ratings. By applying for the ECO4 grant today, you can join us in making a positive impact on the environment while enjoying a more energy-efficient and comfortable home.

At Econexis, we recognise the considerable investment needed for installing energy-efficient measures. That’s why we are dedicated to providing extensive support and expert advice to help you access grants and funding opportunities, making the process more manageable and affordable.

ECO Flex

The ECO grant is accessible through ECO Flex, a programme where local authorities identify households eligible for the "affordable warmth scheme." This scheme provides grants for boilers or storage heaters, even if the household does not receive benefits or tax credits. Each local authority sets its own qualification criteria, taking into account factors such as:

  • Health: If you or a member of your household has an illness such as cardiovascular disease or diabetes, you may be eligible for a grant. The need for improved heating due to vulnerability to the cold is also considered.
  • Age: If you or someone in your household is over 60 years old, you could qualify for a grant.
  • Property Type: The characteristics of your property and its heating needs are assessed. A survey to determine the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating helps the local authority evaluate your home’s requirements.
